Spa Policy
At Heavenly Places, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for all our clients. To maintain a harmonious and efficient environment, please review the following spa policies:
1. A card is required on file to book appointments.
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly require a creditor debit card on file to hold all appointments, to secure a deposit at the time of booking. This policy helps us provide personalized care and maintain availability for everyone seeking our services. Please note, if a valid card is not on file, or the provided card is invalid, the appointment will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
No Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service booked. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
2. Late Arrival Policy:
Clients who arrive late for their appointment may receive a shortened treatment to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the need to reschedule the appointment, and the full service fee will be charged.
3. Returned Checks:
A fee of $35 Fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds. Future payments must be made in cash or by credit card.
4. Online Booking Policy:
Clients can book appointments online through our website or mobile app. Please ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate, including contact details and service preferences. We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
5. Late Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service booked. Appointments booked online must cancel online to avoid the cancellation fee. Please arrive 10 min early to complete health intake form.
6. Inappropriate Behavior Policy:
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of misconduct towards our staff or other clients. Clients engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave immediately, and future appointments may be denied.
7. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit signs of illness, poor hygiene, or any condition that may compromise the health and safety of our staff and other clients. We prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
8. Refunds: A refund given may take 3-5 days to appear back on your card.
